We have a range of positions available across the three venues we are running in 2023. If you’re not sure what’s involved, please check out the position descriptions below.
Profit Share
Longbeach is a not-for-profit competition and all proceeds are put back into the community. To show how serious we are about this, we offer all volunteers the opportunity to participate in our profit share program. Everyone who volunteers for Longbeach will earn ‘profit share points’. Volunteers can nominate where they would like their points allocated (e.g. to their club, or perhaps to a charity). Once comps are finished and profit has been calculated, points will be paid out to the nominated clubs etc. It’s our way of saying thanks and giving back to the sport that we love!
