- Companion Cards Holders – The carer must accompany the recipient of the Companion Card to receive free admission. The holder of the Companion Card will receive a concession price ticket.
- ALL tickets are available through TryBooking (availability dates will be announced) and receipt of purchase must be viewed at the ticket box for a wristband to be collected.
- Coach tickets can only be purchased in person as you are required to show evidence of Coach membership.
- EFTPOS and cash purchases can also be made on the day
- Prams NOT allowed in the theatre
Canteen
- A canteen and BBQ will be running during the sessions at this venue. This is a fundraiser for a local club so they would appreciate your support! Please note that no hot food or hot drinks are allowed in the auditorium.
Parking
- Ample parking available in surrounding streets (refer to map attached)

Venue entry
- No entry to the venue until 45 minutes prior to the start of your competition

Dressing Rooms – Patterson River
Stage size, curtains and lighting
- W10m x D10m
- Please note the physical stage area is much larger than the marked working space so there may be times that your competitors are standing in full view of the audience and adjudicator (as per George Jenkins)
- 9 spots and lots of stage colour washes are available. The cyc is a thick curtain which will be closed when required for lighting and open at other times to allow for centre back entries and reveals.
- Lighting will be called from side stage via a headset.
- DLP is available and is 7.5m in size (approx 75% of the curtain size).
- Plenty of room is available behind the back curtain for reveals and entries/exits. Please note that the stage has been laid on the floor in front of the old stage so when standing behind the back curtain there is a ledge at approx adult waist height. Please do not allow your competitors to use this ledge for safety reasons.
- House curtain opens and closes sideways with a pull cord on OP side – coaches are required to operate this.
- House curtain is set back approx 1.5m into the working stage area (similar to George Jenkins).
Filming of your items

Props
- Please note the prop door at rear of the stage, marked on the Dressing Room map.
Lighting Fee
- All divisions, all age groups – $25 per section (includes all stage lighting and unlimited DLP)
Coaches’ Check-in
- Calisthenics Victoria will provide paperwork requirements directly to Coaches/Clubs
Music
- Music & DLP files to be uploaded via MyCompHQ and details will be provided by Calisthenics Victoria directly to Coaches/Clubs
- Please ensure coaches bring a backup USB with both Music & DLP.
DLP
- Files must be in mp4 format
- Clubs are required to complete the DLP Waiver Form and submit to Calisthenics Victoria prior to competitions should they be using DLP
